Vandoren Traditional B40 Bass Clarinet Mouthpiece

Every Vandoren mouthpiece is shaped from a raw piece of ebonite, a material obtained from rubber. The first stage of processing involves giving the mouthpiece its external shape using a lathe, followed by polishing. After subsequent processing stages, the last and most delicate operation is reached, which consists of hand-finishing the facing walls, and after careful polishing, it is ready to be packaged.
